Rental Terms and Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for operating rented equipment safely, lawfully, and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and all applicable regulations.
The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including any damage, loss, or theft, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
